Therapy Sessions

At Bear in Mind Psychology, we believe in providing an affordable service for clients. The current Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee is $311 per hour.

Assessments

Our clinicians are all highly trained and experienced in assessing and diagnosing learning (cognitive and academic achievement assessments), neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, phobias, OCD etc). We use nationally recognised standardised assessment tools and the DSM-5 criteria to inform our assessment process and reporting. PLEASE NOTE: We do not write court reports for legal matters.

Children

When big emotions, behaviour, or learning aren't clicking, we help families understand what's going on and build a plan that works

Teens

The teenage years can bring as many challenges as opportunities. We give young people a safe space to figure things out and build practical skills.

Adults

Whether it's anxiety that won't shift, a relationship that's not working, or a diagnosis you've been putting off, we're here to help.
